Project Equity co-developed the Cooperative Growth Ecosystem framework in partnership with the Democracy at Work Institute. Its purpose is to help amplify the impact of efforts to increase worker ownership by engaging diverse actors—private, public, nonprofit and financial—across the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
By mapping the local ecosystem, we can identify the local assets this effort can build on, and focus stakeholder interest on specific strategies that help employee-owned businesses grow and thrive. Project Equity hosts regional mapping events with partners to engage different actors and create action plans.
